Infineon MA12070 Class D

China does not ship to Singapore? You might look at some IRS29092 amps - they actually sound really nice and have gobs of power. Not sure why they are not more popular. Available for like $20 on Aliexpress/eBay for 200W amp. They do require dual rail supplies.
Strangely enough, when I went to their site, it links to their Ebay site. And that is the message i received from the Ebay site. Maybe i would write into the directly and see what happens.

If anyone has experience with this new chip please share.

That was 2 years ago before Merus was acquired by Infineon.

This is MA12070P, with the I2S interface. Later I did another revision of PCB with Schottky diodes added to protect the IC from overstressing (you can see results on the photo attached).

The sound was good thou, I still have a couple of PCBs and IC's to play with. However, I did not compare it with my TAS5548+TAS5162 amp.

Hi, my name is Mandy, an employee of SMSL.

This is the link of SA300, can be sent from the EU:
SMSL SA300 Digital power Amplifier – hifiexpress1

This IC is very precise, not suitable for DIY.

Hallo SMSL!!

Please do a very simple power amp configurable as per 1.0, 2.0, 2.1 etc.. + user selectable power modes (PMP0, PMP1 etc) with external power. The world needs a real simple, very high quality, low noise, 30W amp for active systems etc. No BT, non nothing except a simple small power amplifier.

Hi All - SMSL did some very good design choosis when they build the SA300 - use the analog input version of MA12070 to get the best output noise level.

TNT what you are asking for is not hard - any simple micro controller will enable the other PMP of the MA12070P or non P devices. 1.0/2.0/2.1 and 4 can be done with 2 jumpers.

Yes that would be a very interesting design to be given to the Audio DIYs /Jakobsen Denmark

Thinking out loud, I just wondered what it would be if you connected part of the volume control (assuming it has 3 gang to a voltage regulator) that will supply a TPA3116, so at low volume it would be at 6V and at high volume at 24V... it would help to increase the PWM % at low volume. Although not quite as sophisticated as a 3 level PWM, but will be a compromise.

Here is my version of PCB based on Infineon Demo board. It's for MA12070p, amplifier with I2S input. I changed ferrite filters to LC ones because of manufacturer recommendations and placed two switches in order to change I2C address and change mono/stereo mode. Its dimensions is: 68x45mm (2.7x1.8inch). Any feedback aappreciated. This is my first experience with PCB. Thanks!
