I'm looking at the 8113 v1.0 driver board and would like to know what the part numbers are for the ic chips that are on it.
How should I place my multimeter leads on the negative voltage regulator?
I'm getting 30 volts on the op amps.
Also, can the regulators be removed to test voltage on the pads?
If by "regulators" you mean the SOT223-packaged devices in the top left, they're "only" high-voltage transistors (as per the P2D marking).

"30 volts on the op amps" = between pins 4 and 8, or..?

Oh, sorry the regulators on the main board and yes at pin 4 and 8. I believe those regulators supply the op amps, from how it looks anyway.
