Enable pin -
unconnected = amplifier enabled (On)
pulled down (connected to 0v) = amplifier disabled (off).
It will be connected to the circuit operated by the 12v trigger.
If I understand your recent posts, you have not yet established whether the Icepower boards are faulty? If so, it's tricky explaining how to diagnose.
Looking at your photos, your unit is switchable for 110/220v? This is different to the photos on the product link.
If you disconnect the 3 way & 8 way connectors (with all black wires).
You will then have -
Speaker connected (connect a speaker for testing purposes).
You then need to connect a signal to the input connector on the amp board.
This would be the 2 pins of the 8 pin connector closest to the speaker connector.
If the amplifier is working you will hear it.
If dead then you know it is faulty.
If the amplifier board is working then the fault must be with the input board across the end of the case. That's for another day.
