Default Class D amp module

My implementation of a high-end amplifier module based on a UcD modulator and a fully differential integrator.

The scheme is largely borrowed from B. Putzeys, but integrated circuits are used instead of discrete elements in the modulator and driver. Unfortunately, because of this, a few dB of linearity is lost in the output stage operation. However, the amplifier shows high performance.
THD+N 20Hz-20kHz, 1W-1/2Pmax <0.001%
IMD 18.5+19.5 kHz 1/1 1+1W to 20+20W<0.001%
Supply voltage range +/-25 - +/-60V
Maximum output level 34V RMS
Gain 26dB
2 Ohm ready
OPA1632(LME49724) dif preamp on board.
All the necessary stabilizers on the board. Only need bipolar powering, which greatly simplifies the connection. A step-down converter with an efficiency of 86% is used to power the driver IRS20957S. The power of the opamp and the modulator is carried out through two-stage stabilizers. The first stage on bipolar transistors, the second on the LM317 / 337. Minimum distance between stabilizers and op-amp.
The total delay of the modulator is less than 110 ns due to the use of the high-speed comparator AD8561 (7 ns).
Idle current is only 70 and 50 mA for V + and V- bus.
DC offset, OCP, OVP on board.

Everything is as usual: reasonable sufficiency. As an option, the application on the TPS7A49 / TPS7A30, but it does not give any advantages.

Looks nice, but Samwha caps. I know they’re not the worst, but a few pennies more and you get Rubycon, nippon chemi, nichicon, Cornell dubilier, Panasonic, etc...
