I've finished the new PCB. And discovered KiCad has an option to raytrace the 3D view of the board. It is slow, but it works

I've put together the final version of WhiteBoy.
USB is working good. It is recognized by Windows 10 as "Headphones (CSR8645)". No drivers needed. When both Bluetooth is connected and USB is plugged in, BT takes precedence.
I've added more power supply decoupling caps, and changed the output LC filter inductor (shielded) and capacitor (film).
Except for the fact that I hoped it would be louder, I am very happy with this
