Mtx 4250D does not oscillate

hello very good day to all the appreciable members of these forums. I am requesting your help since I have a Mtx thunder 4250d which its main fault was that the fets of the power source were damaged, and remove the fets and probe the oscillation of the tl494c and it does not oscillate apart from that I found these resistances something damaged (R628 and R629) but not their values, if anyone knows the values ​​of these would be appreciated to begin to investigate why does not oscillate greetings sorry the model is 4250D
