Memphis PWM Drive Board

I am looking for a part number for Q3, Q6, Q8. They all have the same marking "PB". Everywhere I have looked says that is a zenor diode. But it is a transistor PNP BJT SOT23 case. This is in a Memphis 16-MC1.4000

Could be a KRA102S PNP Transistor.

If its NPN, then maybe 2SC3295-B.

Thank you doctorord, that is actually the part# that I finally found. Just wanting to make sure someone else had it. Again thank you

Yes, it's the datecode format that makes it more clear. All other "PB" marked transistors are marked in a different way and NPN.


Best practice would involve a component tester and a desoldered part to test.
