Distortion issue (PAM8403), replace drivers.

Hi, i´ve recently built a portable boombox with a PAM8403, 5v battery and two logitech 2" 4 ohm 5w drivers, that came from these speakers (Logitech S120).

Problem is at high volume (60+) it distorts a lot and i was wondering if using better drivers like GRS 3FR-4(2) or HiWave BMR-12 (2) would improve the sound and avoid distortion.

The amp is only doing 2.6Wrms into 4R. Better speakers might distort little less but all you need is more efficient drivers with like 95dB+. This will get you approx. twice the loudness compared to now. But that won't be that small.
