So the new Hypex amps are are class D?

I thought they were not, based on what's written on their own website.

Hmmm. I had not considered them for that reason, I guess I'll take another look.

Please explain, what made you think it was another topology? And which topology did you think?

are you working for Hypex or have some insights?
I was wondering how I would have access to the internal DSP and toggle between presets, lets say.. is there an app via USB or even a LAN network to access that?

Because they wrote of their older class D amps, something to the effect of "These are our class D amps, but they have been discontinued."

And on that same page, under the Fusion amps, it said nothing about class D. (only if you clicked for more info.)

It sort of implied that they had discontinued making class D amps, if you read it a certain way.

Hypex just stated that their DSP wont support FIR filters..
This could be a deal-breaker for quite a few people.
I don't get why you wouldn't support FIR filtering an a 2018 product...
