for more infomation, in one 2.1 board (with toroidal inductors) this problem was only in chip for stereo - chip from sub channel work perfectly from buying to now. I replace witch new chip this one from stereo channel and work 2 weeks, then BOOMP happened again and chip from sub channel still working! maybe it's problem with circuit topology ?
