Anyone can help how to drive MOSFET Full Bridge with discrete component (like transistor) use for Audio class D amlifier? Can i know the other schematic?PWM freq. it's about 180kHz. and my concentration its get very low THD (about <0.5%)
I dont thing if use gate driver IC like IR2xxx or other because its difficult to find and it's so expensive in my country.
