Stop using irfp250 , irfp 260 , irfp 460 , irf640 mosfets in class d amplifiers!!!These parts were designed some years ago and have poor performance. Only irf540n or better irf540z are adequate for class d from the older series.
Much more adequate are the newer irfb4xxx mosfets

It's only for DIY, I use IXTQ88N30P instead IRFP350 for high power amps. IRFB33N15 can be use instead IRF540.
I suggest to use class D for subwoofer amp.

Does you have pcb for d250, actually I am in pursuance of attempt the schematic Crest LT1000 by crest audio and this looks like of your project DIY d500?

For triangle pulse oscillator diode BAT85 can be changed with 1N4148? because hard to find BAT85 in my town?

Can you explaned regarding bridge diode BAT85 how to work?

Thankyou.

Bridge diode BAT85 revert zener polarity for simetrical triangle pulse, use this circuit with meatched 5,1V zeners and without diode bridge.

Hi, Apex. I want to build your SMPS +/-50V. Can you tell me what is value grec circuit and inductors, that I mark you in the picture? Can I use 1N4007 instead of FR107? Do you have PCB or I need to draw it?
