UCD 25 watts to 1200 watts using 2 mosfets

Found the pcb based from the attached schematic..hope it will work. Feel free to comment :)

Stuck with irs3000

hi,
Greetings,
pls any one can solve my prob?...

am stuck with irs3000 last Few days,
its kill gate driver within 1 sec every time i will check all outputs and changed,
but no sucess.
before i will make success this amp many time with 55 Rail voltage, but now am stuck.

rail voltage 65, output irfp250, 22uh Yellow/Red t-157 core, gate resistor 47E,
Frequency is 250khz. 15v bias supply.

In class D a Trr of more than 100ns is a NO-GO! Only if you what no more than 100khz switching freq.

Then these mosfets are better, as I see very fast also and different houses.

or even faster 200 volts 84 ampere. to220

For killing a IR2011, look at parasitics, and maybe use a suppressing diode on the supply pin(s) of that ic, do not use a zener, but a fast scottky diode.

1.set modulation frequency 100khz
2.power up the amplifier
3.check IR2110 temperature
4.then increase the modulation frequency, slowly (using frequency setting potensiometer)
till IR2110 temperature 55c' - 60c'

Did you guys tri sic mosfets? these are very fast, like 14-24 49 nS for 90 amps version, but needs a special driver as I did read, needs -2 to -5 bias voltage and 20 volts gate drive, these are as such complicated?

But in sim I get pretty low distortions, even on 8 amps 4 ohms.

with 1.4 amps output it is very very low, for simplicity there is not yet a proper dead time.

The feed forward network on output is quite nice to recover fase behavior for stable oscillation and frequenty setup together with the low pass opamp in input, I did read this stuff and have now sim it, I go try also with the IR 2011S chip, that way I can make better pcb with lower parasitics..

regards
