multi channel t amp

I am thinking of building one of the audio digit multi channel t amps.
I have just finished a pair of open baffle's with mtm on the top and a bass driver. I was thinking of using two four-channel boards so that I could run a separate channel to each driver.

Would there be any advantage to this kind of set up over a regular 2 channel setup. Would it be worth the extra expense?

Instead of the Audiodigit, I would suggest the new Gabrielle I started a thread on recently (diyparadise.com), or if you want to build up a board yourself, an Amp9/Amp9b (41hz.com). I thought the Amp9b was particularly nice.

Thanks I will take a look at the gabriel. I don't mind doing the chassis work and wiring but don't think i'll get into building the whole board.
