Yup. Four pieces of 1/8" thick aluminum and two 1/8" thick "L" pieces, all from my scrap collection, plus very thin layers of thermal compound. Tightly compressed using three bolts in addition to the two used to mount the amplifiers. Vindication that hoarding junk sometimes pays off (not exactly my best brag).
