Default ESP P127 DC

On Elliot sound products P127 amp using the TDA7293 it says "This amplifier must not be connected to a preamp that does not have an output coupling capacitor. Even though there is a cap in the feedback circuit, it can still pass DC because there is no input cap on the PCB. I normally include an input cap, but the goal of this board was to allow it to fit into the smallest space possible, and the available board space is not enough to include another capacitor. "

Possibly a stupid question but: is there any way to add an input capacitor to it to avoid the problem?

I would not mess up with the pcb , I would just use an axial(but it could be radial too) film cap attached to the signal cable, outside the pcb.

that sounds pretty easy.

What would a good value be for the cap?
