TDA7297 how good

I want to construct a 15+15 Watt Amp using TDA7297. I'll use it to power up my sattelite spekars. Anybody made it ? How good it is ? or how bad ? or has it any specific issue ?

Or do u recommend any other 15+15 W IC for using to power up sattelite spks. the input'll be from PC.

I tried using the chips but somehow this chip hasn't produced any sound. PSU is fine, 16 Vcd. 7.5 Vcd Mute/StandBy signal and the sinewave gets to the chip, BUT, the output is veerrry low and it is not a sine! What am I doing wrong? This chip seems very easy to use so I feel kind of stupid. I have used the ST datasheet..

You could try an LM1876 for that amount of power. Or two LM1875 with an amp in each speaker.
