Got an old kenwood cassett deck .
Unit will not power up fuse is good . Wondering if the IC that controls the speaker outputs also controls the unit to power up ? TA8263BH Or am I looking for something else as to why it won’t power up

Do you have 5v on the VDD pins of the microcontroller?
Do you see any pulses on any terminals of the microcontroller?
