Amp powers up and plays audio but I have to have the gains maxed out on all channels in order to hear audio .
I’m getting rail and regulated voltages . Any ideas ?

Have you operated all pots and switches through their entire range while listening for audio to see if it every played through (even just for an instant)?

The audio is low, but is it also perfectly clean?
If you drive a strong signal into it, what is the AC (not DC) voltage on the emitter leg of each of the muting transistors (Q302-Q306)?

Have you pulled one of the muting transistors to see if audio would pass?
