JBL GTQ 400 - Power Supply Issue

Ok guys I have a JBL GTQ 400 with i believe a power supply issue. If i supply 12v from my power supply once the remote turn on is applied it drops voltage to 6v to 7v. Any ideas? The mosfet's seem not be shorted.

If the excessive current draw only occurs after remote is applied, the problem is generally shorted output transistors but could be other problems like incorrect bias setting, bad/dirty bias pots, shorted rectifiers, shorted transformer...

Thanks I will defiantly start by checking some of those items first.
