Default Taramps Bass 8K not turning on

I'm currently working on a Taramps Bass 8000 that won't turn on.

According to the user the amp was enabled (middle terminal on the output) but the negative lead on the input wasn't properly connected. When he touched the negative input terminal with it, there were sparks and now it won't turn on.

I did some probing and inspecting without schematics and found IC9 (I think that it's a TPS7A6601QDGNRQ1) to have let its smoke out and dragging R99 (4.7 ohms, 1206) with it. I also measure a short across D6 (I think it's a SMA-packaged 1N4007) so I'll order a couple of those as well.

Currently adding parts to my cart at Mouser, and I would greatly appreciate if anyone could confirm if IC9 is in fact a TPS7A6601QDGNRQ1 (I suspect that I might be wrong and that it could actually be a TPS7A6633QDGNRQ1, or some other TI LDO). The chip's package is marked with "PA4Q".

The issue in this thread looks somewhat similar to mine: Taramps MD 5000.1 no power up and if the D21 diode proves to be shorted (haven't had the chance to measure it by itself), could anyone please inform me on what the part no. for it is? Or if it's a zener-diode, please tell me its zener-voltage? In-circuit it is currently shorted.

Big thanks to anyone that can provide me with some info on this one!

Thumbs up Update

Got the parts and spent some quality weekend-time replacing them.

I received extremely positive feedback from the amp's owner gratefully telling me that it now works perfectly fine.

It looks to me like there's at some point been a surge into the Remote-terminal which blew IC9 via its Enable-pin and consequently frying D21 and the 4.7ohms 1206 resistor. D6 checked out fine.

Thanks again to ian33 and ultra for amazingly helpful info and thanks to the DiyAudio community for allowing me to pursue support on their forum.

(Attaching some photos of the entire PCB so that people with similar issues might find this thread through Google image search.)
