Can anyone tell me where I can get this potentiometer from? (VR01 Gain) Maybe a part number from Digikey or Mouser would be nice.

This is the 04KX1200.1 BOM listing for VR01 and VR02. If you find a 6 pin Vertical PCB mount 20Kohm like the one pictured from MPCstuff, it should work.

Thank you, I have audio on the output pin, just no amplitude. I can push down on the pot and it tries to adjust,

Have you tried contact cleaner?

If cleaning failed, as a last resort before ordering, disassemble it and tighten the wiping contacts.

I will give that a try Perry, I have to remove it if I order one anyways.
