The others are all at 0.6v around there from emmiter to collector

The 1d transistor on the left have a volt drop of almost 1v so i think that one is the damaged one

Whenever you get an amp using this driver board, don't even bother checking them. Even when they check OK with a multimeter, they often won't work at the operating frequency. They run too hot and commonly fail.

Can you please send me the volt drop on the 2d transistor on the collector to emitter please as by me im getting a 0.8 volt drop while on the board

My mistake its the volt drop across the resistors thats why it read that voltage
