Default Jetronic OS-46A/U Oscilloscope

I'm at a auction and found one of these oscilloscopes wanting to know if it would work for testing amplifiers

It's an old military scope with a very limited bandwidth.
Hardly anything worthy of testing modern equipment with.

From what I found, it's an old scope that may not have a triggered sweep. If that's true, it would not be suitable.

What's your budget?
