"c139 value. when pulling bbn it out of the sink its grounded and its most likely damaged."
I'm not sure what you mean to say. Is the capacitor shorted? If still in circuit pull it out and recheck. C139-820 picofarad and R172 are across Q104-IRFB3307Z. If Q104 is shorted it will cause the amp to toggle in and out of protection.

Check R173,174,273,274-16 ohm and R175-27 Ohm.
Check D33 and D34-1N4148. If both look OK, leave one out at a time to see if amp comes out of protection. It's possible disabling the output protection will cause a pair of the aforementioned resistors too burn. This will not damage the board and is a good way to determine if one amp of the H bridge has failed, usually a couple of capacitors has failed in the Feedback loop. Another alternative is to remove all five resistors and check for oscillation on one speaker terminal, after the output filter.

If R162-10R gate resistor has opened Q102-2045 may have failed. Replace Q104-IRFB3307, Q102 and R162.
The Low side output (Pin 10-LO) of IC14-IRS20957 is not getting to the gate of Q104, which will not allow this output to switch the 74.6 volt rail and your left with 0 volts on Q104's drain.
You may have to replace IC14 also.
