Ok so again i have one of these amplifiers. i have the power supply is functioning perfectly. rail & regulated voltage is present. Just no audio?

Signal trace the input stage with 40hz tone to see if the signal is interrupted.

Also check the two 1 ohm 2512's near the regulators

JK1 the remote gain jack may have broken solder, also check R63-20.5K ohm and continuity between R63 to U4 Pin 6 and R63 to R60-499 ohm.

The muting circuit Q3-BC807 may have failed.

i previously touched up all solder on that jack first.
the r63 is 20.50k and continuity to u4 pin 6 is good. Continuity from r60 to r63 is good as well.

Look at Q3 muting circuit. Post the Vdc for all three legs

Look at the Vdc on either side of the following resistors-R55-0R,R78-470K,R77-200K.

Have you tried signal tracing the input between RCA's and U1 to U7?

pins 4 & 8 of u2-u7 have the 40hrz present if grounded to the rca sheild. were should i be grounded to signal trace.

The voltages look good.

RCA shield is a good reference for signal trace.
You have 40hz through U2 and U7-Pins 3,5-input, Pins 5,7 output, correct? Pins 4 & 8 are operating voltages +/-15 volts.

Check Vdc around IC7 referenced to power ground and post. If =/-15v is missing at Pins 8 & 4 check Vdc on either side of R10 & R14-10 ohm resistors.

I appears that IC7-2068 is bad and needs replacing. Check supporting resistors,capacitors and keep an eye out for bad solder joints

My mistake I confused U7 with IC7.
I'll look at this when I get a chance.

I'm not sure about the voltages at Pins 2 & 3 of IC7.

Be sure the filter caps are discharged and check with an ohmmeter across C126-47p. This effectively is across Pins 2 and 3,

Look at the waveform on either side of R176-10K and R181-27K and post a screenshot.
