Ok. Using 10x probe and measuring at the tab of the mosfets on the high side this is what I get.

That's the low side but it's a much better waveform. It looks like it's either being modulated by an audio signal of the trigger level needs to be adjusted.

Trigger is set to auto and there is no audio being driven into the amp. Even with noise rejection turned on it still looks the same.

Auto is different from trigger level.

The drive signal on the gates of the other side of the FETs looks the same as the tab on the other side.

So I have uneven rail voltage, a noisy looking drive signal, about 3 volts DC on the speaker terminals, and R256 heating up.

Should I take out back and put it out of it’s misery or do I need to take another look at the driver board or possibly something with the 7812 or 7815 regulators, or something I haven’t thought about?

The trigger level is on the right side of the scope. It's a potentiometer.

That is correct. It is set at 0.00 volts.

I don't see any markings on the pot in the manual. 0v isn't necessarily the right setting. Sometimes you have to work with it quite a bit to get it to trigger properly.
