Default Help in finding diode for Lanzar MinX3000D

Hi all
I am attaching the driver board image for Lanzar MinX3000D amplifier. D1 is shorted. I would like to know the value of it. It may be zener diode. Thank you.

Are either of its pads connected to any pins of any of the ICs

if you look up iraud9.pdf online, there will be a reference design for this IC. It may be similar.

Is C12 in parallel to this diode?

Yes c12 is parallel to the diode. I removed D2 to test and it conducted at 5.1v. So I tried with 5.1 at d1 but no oscillations and amp goes into protect.

If C12 is in parallel to the diode, and the cap is 16VW, then a 15V zener will sufice. IR211x are mosfet drivers and need about 12V for proper job. 5V zener is too low.

there is some difference in the circuit it is not matching. i replaced it with 5.1v zener and no oscillations, i fear if u2 and u3 are bad. i scrape out the epoxy on top of ic and i found 05623 on it. i am guessing if it is nand gate. can you help me more in this. Thank you sir,
