Are either of its pads connected to any pins of any of the ICs
It is not connected to any ic.
if you look up iraud9.pdf online, there will be a reference design for this IC. It may be similar.

Is C12 in parallel to this diode?
Yes c12 is parallel to the diode. I removed D2 to test and it conducted at 5.1v. So I tried with 5.1 at d1 but no oscillations and amp goes into protect.

there is some difference in the circuit it is not matching. i replaced it with 5.1v zener and no oscillations, i fear if u2 and u3 are bad. i scrape out the epoxy on top of ic and i found 05623 on it. i am guessing if it is nand gate. can you help me more in this. Thank you sir,
Are there similarities?
I'm working blind and only have the information that you provided.
It is looking different.

I got the similar amp. The zener voltage when measured was 5.7v.
I changed the bad diodes and removed the output mosfets. When I turned on the amp the d1 and d5 short. D5 is 15v zener. Without out driverboard it produces all the voltages and dont go into protect. Those two u2 and u3 IC I have doubt on.

I can't read the marking clearly. This is what was used in a similar memphis amp.
Thank you very much. This is the correct part. But I am unable to find these to buy. They are obsolete. Is there anything I can use or try?
Search digikey or mouser for the following and select the so-8 package.
Dual NPN-PNP complementary Bipolar transistor
i am not getting 60v. i only got this. can you please tell me if this will work?
