Default Kicker ZX1500.1 Help.

Ok so im back to looking at these amplifiers again. Since i cant remember what i have and havent done. Im starting at the power supply. Right now i only have four ps misfet in circuit.
I beleive there is a problem with the voltage regulation.
main ground to class control board. measurement are 15.32
-16.43vdc
4.97
What should i measure at q21-q23

Q21 (15v) Q22 (-15v) Q23 (5v) so it appears the power supply and regulator circuit are working. If memory serves the +/- rails should be about 110 volts.

If the rectifier diodes are not shorted, reinstall them and replace, same with the output mosfets.

What are the symptoms? Protection, no Drive no Output?

protection now flashes. my probe slipped between +12, +5 pins.
if i remove the d7 diode it powers up.
i will.reinstall the output and rectifier diodes
they all test good.

I have two class D driver cards here. One has L200 originally the other it has been made.

Be sure to dischage caps before installing class D driver.

Either board will work for testing, but the original L200 may perform better

Ok i reinstalled all good components. Output transistors. and the rectifiers.
d7 installed protection just flashing.
d7 removed. Drawed about 2amps and the relay was clicking every 5 seconds. The protection came on again
This is with the driver card with the L200.

rail -65.71 +70.21 and regulated voltage is present. Some strange sound is emitting somewhere near the outputs when the amplifier goes into protection and starts clicking the relay on and off

Do you see rail to rail voltage on the outputs, before the protection kicks in?
