OK I'll preform that test. Also all the filter caps test at 2800uF I believe they should be at least 3100uF. I don't know if that is enough to make a difference?

ok so switching all the cards to know good cards .
No audio at speaker terminal.
Audio is present on the pin on the bd card.
what or were else could stop the audio

For testing, the filter caps are good enough.

Do you have rail-rail oscillation?

Are you saying that you swapped in known good driver boards and the amp still won't produce audio?

Here is what i have at present. New filter caps. lm5110 new. Dc voltage match.

regulators are all at the correct output voltages.
i have a 40hrz signal at the pin of the bd card, it adjusts with the gain pot.
none of the ic in the daughter cards seem to heat up faster than the others.
-2.54vdc at the speaker terminal.
No audio.
No rail at the outputs

audio is back now after cleaning the pads and resoldering the 4H11G recifiers down.

I think you're referring to the SMD transistors that are used as voltage regulators. The part number is MJD44H11G.

The large blue resistor R9 sometimes breaks loose from the board and causes intermittent problems.
