how much voltage should it have in G H1 .... in my attempt to measure in differential mode when turning it on, an irf640n flew and when taking measurements on the mmbt4401 I observed 5 v at the base and on the other side G L1 there are only 0.273v

This is why I recommend testing with no rail voltage (no rectifiers).

The drive voltage should be about 5v when reading with a multimeter.

Were you using two scope probes when in differential mode?

Yes, when measuring the G L1 I get 10v of gate is it correct? ... in this area nothing gets hot

No. It should oscillate without audio but there are variations in this type of amp that do not. Are you seeing no oscillation?
