If the Hi level turn on circuit is correct, the High Current Draw must be caused by something in the Output section.
Check Outputs, IC14,15, Q101,102,201,202, All Capacitors surrounding the IRS209957 IC's. R39-10 ohm and C69-220uF/16v with an ohmmeter.

As far a current draw. When I power the amp up it pretty much maxes out my bench power supply at 40 amps and flickers rapidly between 30 and 40 amps as soon a I power it up.
I checked the power supply mosfets and the output mosfets out of circuit and they all test good.
I’ll check the components you mentioned in post 21 Monday when I get back to my shop. I am out of town this weekend.
