I am working on a taramps and I have it up and running but lacking some information and know how.
I have some voltage differences on some zenner diodes and diodes per each bank of output transistors.
Need to know what parts are dz19, Dz20, d21 I believe this is where my problem is.

Do you know the part number of these driver ic for the outputs?
The amplifier came in with 2 shorted output transistors, and some bad caps in the power supply section.
Replaced all shorted or bad components. No output.
Amplifier powers up with no protection.

One side of the voltage regulator 7812cg has its 12v present. The other side 1.65v
the side that did not short reads.
That side zenner read 90-90-5.65vdc
I will replace them all with 15v 1watt zenner.
I will order the 8244 ic.
Need part number for small driver

For the IRGP4066D - In the Taramps I'm working on (HD 15K), it has a driver IC of SI8244BB. The diode you're looking for is a MELF package 1W zener diode - I ordered CLL4744A from Digikey. The little guy that sits in between the high and low side fets is a current sensing IC that feeds voltage back to the MCU. It's part number in the 15K I'm working on is IR25750LTRPBF

First order of business is removing the dead output fets, drivers on that side, any bad diodes, and the current sensing IC. Then you need to desolder the SD pad to make sure the MCU boots up. Then you need to use a scope to check your wave forms to and from all the TL072 IC's in the input section. Check for proper power and grounds to the TL072's, driver IC's, output fets, and check your wave forms on the power supply gates.

Note: The amp is self oscillating. The amp will not oscillate unless the drivers and the output fets are all working. The TL072's will oscillate enough to show you that it's doing something. Also pin #1 on the output driver IC is your PWM pin that carries your audio.

Good luck!
