Starsound raptor 6200.1

Hi i have a starsound here and it switches on and of briefly into protect with just the remote wire. The 12v+ is not connected and does that even with the 12v+ and still does the same any idead what could be the cause. I already changed the 494 chip and the 4558 chip and still does the same also thanking in advance pictures will follow

If you connect B+ and ground and THEN connect the remote and wait 5-10 seconds, does the protect LED remain lit?

No it doesnt it does the same thing with or without the b+

The protection light switches immediately on then off as soon as i connect the remote

In some (many) amps, there is an initial mute delay that also involves the protect LED. Does the amp work normally after the LED has gone out?

No it doesn't the light stays off but there is power to the voltage rails

What is the DC voltage on all terminals of the 494. Copy and paste the following.

Found the problem it was the voltage regulators

No not actually it was next to the outputs fets
