It's pretty loud over the music when playing. Sounds like when and Amp is hooked up in a car with a bad ground. And it whines to the acelaration, ect.
I'm not sure how to focus on the noise itself for the amplitude?
Output inductor is becoming quite hot itself 135°f

Check L101.

Check the continuity between the SFB test point on Class D control board to the node of L100 & L101. Be sure to check this continuity through L200 on control board. L200 should be a physical coil on the ZX15001.

It's possible that a ZX10001 control board was used to replace the original control board, which does not use an inductor, but a trace wired straight to the input RC circuit of U200, and may have improper feedback and causing oscillation.

U202-LM361-Check Pin 4 for a triangle wave and Pin's 9&11 for drive with an oscilloscope and post screenshot. Measure the DC voltage around U202 and post.

It looks like the card was a 1000 originally. Continuity tests good from sfb to inductor. U202 pin 4

Having taken a second look, I'm fairly certain this is the right control board.

The screenshots you posted look nominal, so Im fairly certain the board is good.

If you have another good 1500.1 try swapping the board. Be sure to allow the caps to drain off before you remove and install boards.

I meant to suggest L101 as the culprit.Check the inductance and core for any damage. Also, there may be a cap under the preamp board that was puntured and shorting to the preamp. I don't recall if this was an issue with this amp.

L101 13.001uH
I have a class d board here from a later model board 2009 1500.1 that has the l200 yet if I try it the current raised and the output transistors started to heat up. Maybe it just needs something changed?

Okay, post a picture of both boards.

So, the original board plays but high pitched hum with and w/o signal, and the 09 board cause excessive idle current and heats up the output mosfets. Would that be the long and short of it?

Where you able to look at the waveforms Perry asked about? with and w/o signal, before and after the output inductor?
