Rockford Fosgate punch p1000-1BD

hey everyone,
i have this amp: Rockford p1000-1bd. I have a problem with this amplifier. It drains 3A in idle and it becomes hot without output in a few minutes. Is it normal?
I have already changed all the output feets but it is the same things.

Are the FETs clamped tightly to the heatsink when they're getting hot?

In notes, I have a 1500 (similar amp) as drawing 3.2 amps at idle. The ones with the BDCP driver boards seem to draw more current than the ones with the older boards.

This are the signal of the high side switching signal that feeds the gate of the output mosfets.

So, the fets are clamped tightly to the heatsink becouse i have changed all output fets with new MOSFET... All fets are hot equal..

You're not being clear. Are you saying that within a few minutes that the clamped FETs get hot?

So, the problem is: the amplifier becomes hot After few minutes without load... So i open It and i changed all output MOSFET but they continue to heat up without a load. I check and It drain 3.2 amp without load...
I check with my oscilloscope on the gate and i posted the image before... I dont know what Is the problem

What is the part number on the class D driver board?

How did you get them when a mains powered scope? You can't ground to the transistor.

The waveforms are not that unusual. Below are the drive signals from an older but similar amp.

40 °C in idle without no load. At the moment i cant give you the part Number, to night i try to give you.
