Default Alpine 3008 help

I have this oldddd 3008, but it wont power on. I believe I have narrowed it down to the capasitors.. but I cant seem to locate replacements! They are 63v 3300uf. But they are 3 prong? I'll post pics

I believe the 3rd pin is only for mounting purposes .

Pin 3 is a dummy pin and not connected to anything

Someone correct me if Iím wrong .

You can use a normal 2 lead cap with the same rating in there place

Is the capacitor shorted?

If not, how is it stopping the amp from powering up?
