I know that on some kicker 4 channel amps (KX for sure), amp one and two share the RCA ground from the amp one inputs. You must have RCA's ran into amp one to get sound out of amp two. The RCA ground on amp two is just soldered to the board and not to the signal path. Check to see if that is what it is for this amp too.
Kicker no longer uses the shared ground system. Too many complaints and returned units.
If you haven't already check Amp 2's input RCA's for damage. Bad solder, open or cracked traces where RCA's mount to board.The fader switch may be open. One of these two seem the most likely.
Amp 1 and Amp 2 are divided between the main board(Amp 1) and the daughter board(Amp 2). Examine the header socket and daughter board.
