Vibe Black Box Stereo 4 1400W Power, No Protection but No Sound

Hi,

Have a Vibe Black Box Stereo 4 1400W it powers there is no protection but no sound have checked the rca are fine, not sure where to start believe it might be something to do with the driver can't see anything burnt.

If someone could help me diagnosed the fault would appreciate it, I don't have an oscilloscope but have multi meter bench power supply.

It looks like it's related to the following amp. Is the voltage for the differential amplifiers switching on? They are switched via U7 and U10 in the clarion diagram.

Thank you Perry your a legendary! yes it does look very similar uses different ics, I have ordered the replacement ic hopefully will cure it.
