Yes. Audio on pin 6 on both ne5534.

Audio on pin 3 of ne5534 both.

Do you mean that the amp has no remote voltage applied?

No remote or 12v. Only the RCA and the jumper in the header are install.

You need to test with 12v and remote.

With 12v and remote I have nathing. Pin 3 on both ne5534amp nothing. Pin 6 both ne5534 nothing. no audio

Go back in the circuit to the op-amp near the header. Do you have audio on the output terminals of the op-amp?

Do you still read 16 ohms to ground from terminal 3?

The 16 ohms was from pin 2 and 3 early. The reading now pin 3 to ground (speaker negative black lead) red on pin 3 10.03 kohms . And 3.000 kohms

If R4011 is within tolerance and there are no bad solder connections, you should have audio passing through to pin 3.

Lift D402 and see if anything changes.

The two transistors by led 400 run hot. One of the is show short across all three legs.
