Someone knows the complete identification of the SMD codes of the CY and DY transistors.
Please, I need that information.

I Search the forum. but the search form in the forum asks me for more letters

Using the SMD code book I get the following.


DY=BCW68GR and MMSZ4710


CY=MMSZ4693, 2SC2881Y, and KT4373-Y


I'll have to assume MMSZ4710 and MMSZ4693?

I found these transistors with the identifications suggested by me and a bit of searching through the network:
DY: 2SA1201-Y TOSHIBA
CY: 2SC2881-Y TOSHIBA .

Hopefully someone with a different opinion or check that the identification is correct

Transistor marked CY - ktc4373
Transistor marked DY - KTA1661

I generally use the 2SB1260 and the 2SD1898.

Someone suggested the 2sa1797 and the 2SC4672. They should work but I haven't tried them.
