I'm trying to get the display to light up fully again on my Sony mobile ES. I've been told the problem lies within the external inverter box. The transistor marked "M7165J" reads only 23 ohms between pins 1 and 2. Anything I can use as sub for this part?. Not having much luck finding it anywhere..
