Kicker zx1000.1 input board help

I doctored up your ZX1500.1 pic. This shows the same circuit.

Measure the DC voltage across all three caps that the yellow arrows point to.

Yes Powers up without class d board fine. Been up for 3min no issues. Without d7, can u tell me the part number for that diode as I lost one. It fell somewhere in the floor

Ok so when I test for the 5v at the ic on pin 4 it causes a audible sound to emmit from the power terminal area, it reads -8.67vdc then shoots up to 5 and the relay clicks. When I probe pin 6 it's the -8.67vdc
I used the RCA sheild for ground.

Check the resistance between the RCA shield and the Power Ground terminal. You should see near zero ohms. If this is not the case check R70-0 Ω resistor. It's also possible there is a blown trace or an open via connecting the top and bottom side of board.
 
Check the transistors in the yellow boxes with an ohmmeter.

Because the voltages on Pin 4 and Pin 6 are low, it possible that there is a shorted transistor, or the IC has failed.

Be sure to check the DC voltages on the header socket for the Class D daughter board.
