Hi I got this Punch 200.2 today with the left channel down,
on closer inspection I found the following,
all the left side output transistors were shorted,
R172 looks burnt
R152 and R182 were both missing
R134 was blown off the board
C120 was bulging
I think the missing resistors must have overheated and fallen off the board
I replaced the shorted output transistors
replaced R172
replaced RI52 and R182
replaced R134
replaced C120
the amp powers up fine and made clean audio on the right channel, the left channel is showing 31V dc at the speaker terminals, D10 is also running warm.
The amp isn't drawing excessive current.
Any thoughts on on why it has dc on the left channel?
thanks in advance.
