wasn't carefull and shorted one of the channel, i can see burn mark on one of the channel when i open it up.
it's a 6pin smd chip with 3Cs code written on it, a quick search i only found a chip with 3C code and it is a pnp multichip transistor
wish to ask is that correct? plan to replace it and see if it solve the problem.
