There are 8 power supply FETs. The originals are likely IRFZ44s. Use the IRF3205 as a replacement. The gate resistors are 47 ohms. The size is 1206. The drivers (at least one) appears to have failed. The 2SB1260 and the 2SD1898 are viable substitutes.

Do NOT buy parts from ebay. Mouser and Digikey are good sources if you're in the US.

What about the other side. Do you think any of those need to be replaced by looking a

I’m really sorry for wasting so much of your time but I’m looking for these parts and they’re giving me those models with the mfg part number 2SB1260T100R. Is that the same one?

Not sure if Ljrsf49er got the power supply rebuilt in the 500/1, but if you need some help, Sam (aka Barevids) has some videos of repairing them, found this one where he is rebuilding the power supply. He has a few others.

There are 8 Fets in the supply, that 9th one is not a FET, its the rectifier, just FYI
