This 300-4 seems completely new. I bought a few, in a as is sale. This one refuses to power up at all. The capacitors charge and all the power mosfets are new. I don't know if it ever powered up before.
Ok I have two of them should be two hard. There pretty straight forward, not like the 1200.1/1800.1 at all. It has the irfz46n and 100ohm gate resistors. 47ohm and the irf3205's or go with the original?
Ok so right behind the driver card there is a zenner diode ZD1. With inprint (ph 0.5v) not sure what part that is. It is cracked in half. Most likely the issue... Do you know what zenner diode this is? Some sort of voltage regulator? Can someone tell me the part number?
