Digital Designs Z2b driver

I have a DD Z2b in for repair, output section had a few mosfets blown. Power supply is ok.
The drivers for the output stage are 5 pin TO220 without readable numbers... I think some IRSxxxx but which type is it exactly..?

Could it be something like those used in Rockford amps (MIC4420). Could you read IRS on it?

Maybe MICxxxx also possible, but the numbers are all scratched off. There are 4 in.

Have you looked at the circuit connections vs the pin configuration of the MIC drivers?

If no one can give a definitive answer, you may have to drive a signal into the amp while looking at the input and output signals simultaneously to see if it's inverting or non-inverting.

The Driver part number is TC4452VAT Or at best is what DD is using to replace the original .

OK thanks. Tha amp on the images was repaired with just the output mosfets exchanged. Drivers were ok. It's still used in SPL competition.

Just working on another Z2b.

Power supply is working normal +/- 195V railvoltage
In the class d power section mosfets were blown, these all are off the board.
After switch on , green LED is on, no protection. But...no oscillation on the gates visible, just noise and the railvoltages.
Idle current is 5A-6A, seems normal.
Any ideas..?

Helloo.

This amplifier should take about 7-8a at rest, probably you do not have a signal on the audio driver output, check irs2184 and control the MIC4452
