Default Jl xd1000/1v2 repair

1 amp per forum so there is tiny transistors next to my 3205 fets and I can't read them do u know what they are or what I can replace with and which other component should I test.....I don't have an oseciscop yet

Why can't you read the markings on the driver transistors?

If they are undamaged, wipe some of the white heatsink compound onto and them off of them to see t he markings.

I did that I came up with ZC2F and ZAJ3 it's not the driver chips it's a 3 pin that connects to the mosfets

Those are transistors.

See attached.

The MMBT3904 and MMBT3906 are equivalent.

Do u see how the 912 and 914 match someone that tried to fix for me said he put the 911 there is it safe to assume it would match the ZA that is in 913

The 3906 or equivalent will have its collector directly connected to ground.

Huh I was just seeing if Since the one that's the same is stacked on top of 1 that's the same is it safe To assume that it should be like that on the other side as well just looking at 911 912 913 and 914
